2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product is in its original, unopened packaging
- The product seal is intact and unbroken
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
For change-of-mind returns, products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals are generally not eligible due to health and safety considerations.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with broken or tampered seals
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Products that show signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or improper storage
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the unopened product
- Step 3: Wait for our team to review your request and provide return instructions
- Step 4: Once approved, ship the product to the address provided using a trackable shipping method
- Step 5: Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong product
- The return is due to an error on our part
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit without tracking information.
6. Refund Processing
Refund Timeline:
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be applied to your original payment method
- Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account
Refund Amount:
Refunds will include the product purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Retain all original packaging materials
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, for verified damaged or defective products.

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Arrange for the return of the incorrect product at no cost to you
- Ship the correct product as soon as possible
- Provide a full refund if you prefer not to receive the correct product
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
10. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at correspondence@chimvlexshran.world. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
11. Consumer Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to:

- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
If a product does not have a major failure, you may still be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced within a reasonable time under Australian Consumer Law.
For returns related to change of mind (rather than product defects), the conditions in this policy apply.

For orders shipped outside Australia:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs duties and taxes paid are non-refundable
- Products must clear customs before being processed
